Depending on local laws and the organization to whom you are submitting the report, anonymity options may vary. But every effort will be made to ensure that information relating to a reported incident is kept confidential and communicated on a need-to-know basis only.

You have three options of reporting:

  1. Completely Anonymously. With this option, your identity will not be known to your organization or to Employee Confidential. We do not  ask for your name and contact information and we do not store your IP addresses. If you choose this option, you have to pay special attention to - and make a note of - your assigned Login Name and Password (which you can change). You can use this login information to keep abreast of the status of your report, add more information and answer any questions in a safe, secure and anonymous environment.
  2. Anonymous to your company: If you are comfortable revealing your name and contact information to Employee Confidential, but not to your organization, this reporting method allows you to update your password at anytime online.
  3. Share Name & Contact Info: This option is for those of you who do not care about anonymity and who choose to reveal your name and identity to both your organization and to Employee Confidential.
